The staff of Ridgway Christian School is committed to providing a Christian environment which is conducive to learning. We expect every student to make outstanding growth in his or her educational pursuit and become a productive citizen in our society. We will provide a variety of opportunities through which students will learn. As the school grows, by the grace of God, we have the vision to add grades, facilities, and programs which will serve the students' total needs.
Our first concern is to offer the public a positive alternative in the arena of public, private, parochial, or home schooling education. We have done much to prepare the classes and the campus in the initial stages of opening the school. We at RCS will never reach a level of success or achievement that we will accept as satisfactory.
Ridgway Christian School is in it's tenth year and is celebrating its 11th opening of classes under the leadership of Caryn McDonnell. Classes began in August of 1996 with 17 students and a staff of five. Last fall classes began with 247 students and a staff of 32. The school is a ministry of First Assembly of God and is currently located at 3201 Ridgway Road.
Ridgway Christian School is accredited through ACTS - Association of Christian Teachers and Schools and NCA - North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

CURRICULUM - A Beka, Bob Jones and Assemblies of God
CERTIFIED TEACHERS - for K5 and up
STAFF - Must be kind, caring and love children
STUDENT DRESS - R.C.S. has a dress code with a monthly free dress day
LUNCH - Hot lunches from the school cafeteria are offered
ENRICHMENT - P.E., Art, Music, Orchestra, Band, Choir and Private Music Lessons
COMPUTER LAB AND MEDIA CENTER - This is part of the extensive renovation taking place at the 3201 Ridgway property
